The customer service was poor, one person was snotty while another was really shy and hardly spoke. It also took them a really long time to get my order done. I ordered three simple items. And TWO people who got there AFTER me got their food BEFORE me. The reason I give them a second star is because the person who seemed to be the manager did scold an employee for not finishing my order. Which is good. Also, way more people should've been working there.

This place has made me sick twice now. Stay away from the quarter pounder unless you want food poisoning. And the service is slow and crappy. Worst McDonald's ever clean your damn act up guys.

McDonald's is McDonald's right?
This location the staff is friendly and the food was ok.
Newly renovated with new dining look and of course self serve kiosk machines.
Draw back is a small parking lot as this location is in an older part of SE Calgary.
Overall it's McDonald's. -

Normally I don't write reviews for fast food places, but I just had to for this McDonald's.
Like many people, I worked at McDonald's when I was a teenager and boy have things changed! I remember how speed was always of the essence and it was our job to get customers in & out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drive-thru had a timer that would beep if a car was there for too long as a reminder to hurry up. Enough reminiscing, time for my review;
We started off in drive-thru but after waiting just over 5 min without moving, I backed out and decided to park and go inside. Upon entering, there were 2 people at the self-order kiosks, 3 people waiting for their order and 2 people ahead of me in line at the counter. There was an elderly gentleman in front of me that was in no hurry to order so he took a while. The entire time I was in line, none of the people waiting got their food. So now there were 8 people waiting for their orders. Finally they started coming out. I waited close to 10 min for 4 - McDoubles and 2 drinks and that was after I paid. All in all it took me close to 25 minutes to get my order. This restaurant is so bad at service and speed, they actually have a padded cushion to lean on while you wait for your order. What's the next step? A couch?
I realize the menu has grown significantly since I worked there, but come on? There is only 1 McDonalds worse than this and that is at 130th ave SE.
There was a hostess (I'm not sure why, its McDonalds) and she was friendly as was the cashier but that doesn't make up for the issues in the kitchen.
I do not recommend this location to anyone! -

They key thing about this location is that they're not overly busy in the morning for the breakfast rush. You can get through the drive-thru almost without having to stop on some days.
